lease join us in the pristine grandeur of the Joshua Tree Retreat Center. We will stay at the private Ding Le Mei House built by Frank Lloyd Wright. It has a large dining room, full kitchen, large yoga and lecture space, a fireplace and a small pool. In this intimate retreat, we will explore the concept of "superfoods" through the lense of Ayurveda. Three powerful days of healing vinyasa krama yoga, hiking, ayurvedic teachings, meditations, quiet time and delicious organic vegetarian superfoods.

Arun Deva DASc, AYT, E-RYT500 is a senior Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga therapist and yoga instructor. He has a clinical practice in Los Angeles and travels the world teaching. He is the author of numerous articles and has been featured on radio and TV. His work can be found at www.yogarasayana.com

Jutta Hecht received her training in Ayurveda and Yoga in India in numerous Ayurvedic clinics. She continues to deepen her studies with Dr.Vasant Lad. Jutta currently resides and practices in Encinitas, where she sees clients on a daily basis. More information: www.jivasattva.com

Jacquelin Sonderling has been assisting Jutta and Arun in the kitchen since the 2011 Thanksgiving Retreat. She studies Ayurvedic cooking with Arun, and assists him at workshops and retreats. She remains devoted to her studies of both Ayurveda and Ayurvedic cooking. Jacquelin is an Emmy nominated Food Producer and an avid baker and chef.
