About Jutta

My Journey

My journey into Yoga, Ayurveda, meditation and healing awareness began in the mid 80’s after experiencing severe symptoms of emotional burn-out and eating disorders.

My personal health and identity crisis led me to move to India where I immersed myself deeply into yogic and Ayurvedic practices. This in turn led me to a deeper and more healing awareness I never expected. I was blessed to find extraordinary teachers on my path such as A.G.Mohan and Indra Mohan who trained me as one of their first western students. I also spent many hours studying and receiving hands-on-experience with Dr. Nedungadi Haridas and other Ayurvedic Doctors, leading to service in Ayurvedic clinics and Ashram settings. My years in India awakened within me a deep feeling of love and dedication toward the journey of Yoga and Ayurveda. It forever changed my outlook on health, healing, and lifestyle.

After 25 years of dedicated personal practices, continuing studies with renowned teachers like Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Svoboda, Dr. Claudia Welsh, and Arun Deva, and seeing clients in private practice, I experienced another stumbling block in life. Grace led me to my teacher and accomplished Siddha Healer Pal Pandian in South India. Meeting Pal Pandian touched me deeply and continues to this day. He has devoted his life to Siddha healing, coming from what is known as the Agaguru lineage.

With his blessings and continuous guidance I am also able to share this profound healing tradition of Siddha Varmam Therapy.

Although my practice is rooted in years of study, it is also very much influenced by the amazing mentors, family, friends, and clients I have met along the way, all who have helped to shape the path I am on today. I am very grateful for the influence Ayurveda and Siddha Varmam Therapy has had on my own life, and I’m honored to be able to share it as a part of my work.

My travels and studies in India spanning from 1990 onward.
