In this program, we address the fundamental elements at the base of your well-being: your lymphatic and circulatory systems, tension, and inflammation management.

Through a blend of movement, dietary guidance, and nurturing practices, you’ll get in touch with yourself and your flow in your life.

I am very grateful and excited since for the first time I will be sharing practices from the Siddha AgaGuru Lineage.

Nutritional Empowerment: Discover how to select foods that not only nourish your body but also optimize digestion, tailored to to fit the modern dietary context. This goes beyond an ‘Ayurvedic Diet’, offering practical insights.

Holistic Healing: Support your health and nervous system, reduce inflammation, alleviate stagnation, manage weight, gain mental clarity, and enhance digestion. You'll also learn how to navigate anxiety and fear with greater ease.
